Bendigo Heritage Uncorked is a great opportunity to go visit the lovely town of Bendigo. You will be taken on a tour of Bendigos wines, foods and architectural highlights. You go from building to building experiencing a taste of the best foods paired with the best wines, all the while enjoying the buildings that are the treasures of Bendigo.
Central Victoria Wine
The wine of Central Victoria is well known to be some of the greatest in all of Australia. The Bendigo Heritage Uncorked event is where the local winemakers get to showcase their best wines. The wines are carefully matched with the gourmet foods prepared by local chefs.
Perhaps the most unique highlight of the event is the fact that you actually get to enjoy these great wine and food pairings while visiting historic landmarks like The School of Mines, Capital Theatre and the restored Bendigo Town Hall.
